Have you considered PitBull tires? Great tires with incredible all terrain capability. Another tire worth considering.

My dad had goodyear rawhides on his 2002 sportsman 700 from the factory and they were good tires for their day. They wore like steal and were good trail tires but I dont think they would have been real good if he had gotten into much mud. Maxxis makes great ATV tires and the big horns are a real popular trail tire however from what I see I don't think they would be the best in mud or snow. You could also check out Maxxis Zillas those are another popular tire and better for mud, snow, and trail. Make sure your looking at the zillas though because maxxis also makes the mudzillas but that tire is geared more towards the mud and won't provide you with as nice a ride on the trail.
ITP tires got a bad name here when we went to the black hills and a guy that was riding with us had them and we went up a rock hill and his tires got cut up real bad and even cut one pretty bad. We ended up stuffing ALOT of plugs in it and using the torch to vulcanize it so we could get back to camp. Just my suggestion though, Let us know what you decide.

I have seen the pitbulls, they look to much like a mud tire. it looks to me like the lugs are to deep and open

the raceline atv tire looks good but it is a biased tire. I think I want a radial tire for more stablility when cornering

The duro power grip tires are radial constructed 6 ply tire resemble the bighorn pattern at a better price. the reviews seem like most people like them.
