You wont be able to find a clutch kit for your hawkeye. I have search and called everyone. I have snorkled mine it it is great. Invest in a k & n air filter and a jet kit it will help in the mud. I have also increase my tires to 27 that is the most you can go without a clutch kit and if you find one let me know. I have done alot of work on mine and it is not that hard once you get to taking it apart. When taking the carb apart you will have to take off the back plasic and go in from the rear to get it all out.

I bought Hawkeyes for my kids. All of them have had jetting issues. Once they were solved, the bikes have been solid performers. Underneath you need to watch the areas wear the suspension bolts to the frame. Those bikes have a history of tearing loose in a couple of places. When that happens the axles fall out and they get damaged. Ask the dealer if they were any recalls for your bike.

You might not be able to find a "clutch kit" for it, but the option to change the springs are endless. You just would have to get some info/guidance as to which springs to use or trial and error

Yea there might not be a specific clutch kit for it but u can mess around with weights and spring to basically make your own.

The Hawkeye clutch is nothing like the other sportsman clutch. The drive clutch has roller weights and has no spring in it.

You can play with the rollers. I went from the 14g rollers down to 12g rollers when I put larger tires on.

Not sure why I wasn't getting all this in my email... Anyway, I've decided to go ahead and get the Dynojet kit. I like the idea of it starting easier. I'm also thinking of getting 23in Swampfox tires, since I fear losing power from going bigger. Suggestions are always welcomed

An unrelated question, I've noticed that under my ATV, there is a little oil spot on the ground each morning. I checked and there's a tiny hose hanging out from the skid plate. It's no more than 1/8in outer diameter. It appears to be dripping... really slowly. It's terribly short too. I have no idea what it is. If someone could tell me what this thing does, it would give me some peace of mind.

Thanks for the input,

I'd say stick your finger in the spot and smell it to tell which kind of fluid it is. If you top off your tank or did a bunch of rough riding it could be gas....

The only hose that small on my Hawkeye is attached to the bottom of the carb bowl, if I'm not mistaken it's some sort of drain hose for the bowl. But mine doesn't leak any fluids...
