Wow those are impressive miles just goes to show you if you take care of your machine they will last a long time.
I've ridden both and personally I think it's a waste of money i'm plenty strong to steer an ATV without needing power assistance. The kick back thing would be nice but for me I decided to save the money and just get the non EPS 850. I do like the painted plastic though. This is just for me personally I'm not digging on anyone who thinks it's worth it.

Nice choice. I doubt you'll regret getting the ESP. Myself being a big guy, I always said I don't need no stinking power steering. But last year my dealer let me test ride a Demo XP and then an XP EPS equipped and I was blown away at the difference. I can ride one handed on my 07 sp500 but it's just to cool to be able to use just two fingers to steer even on rough terrain with the EPS. My next new ride will have it!!!
