There are two of the size you are talking about. Both are labeled #6 in that diagram. There is a third that is on the input labeled #17. A kit for this comes with all three of these bearings and seals for each. I am only replacing the #6 bearings cause they are the only ones I have loose.

This will make it easier http://www.cyclepartswarehouse.com/f...006&fveh=39673

Separate housing #20 from cover plate #2 bring housing to any shop and they will take the bearing out cheap. No special tools to seat a bearing back in but why not let them do it as well.

The more I look at the diagram, the more intimidated I get by the project. A lot of rings and parts to get back together correctly lol... and anything for sure on if I will need the pullers or not?

I know people who changed the Plastic roller cage #10 who said it was not that bad of a job. Doing the bearing is only one more small step.

These guys sell the bearing for $33 rather then $49.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

while I have it apart, I might just see if there is anything else wrong. I'm hoping once I'm in there it will just seem easy.

if the plastic cage is cracked you can get the parts from John Deer much cheaper than Polaris, onc e you get the bearings off I"ll bet you can get them matched up at your local parts house, let us know what you findn and I can give you the John Deer #'s if you need them

Here is one for $199 made for a Polaris Ranger RZR but I think they use the same roller cage as the ATVs you would have to find out. Polaris Ranger RZR - Sprague Carrier/Front Roller Cage - Polaris RZR - Performance Parts Accessories
