I dont think you HAVEto change ur secondary spring BUT it would be a good idea too, Quoted from AAEN site
"Primary Springs - Changing springs will greatly affect both your engagement stall RPM and your top end shift speed. Higher preload produces higher stall speed at belt engagement. Higher full shift load gives you more RPM on top end. "
Your weights are explained here "Weights - Heavier flyweights give aggressive performance on normal trails. Lighter flyweights keep RPM up in heavy mud and sand pulling. "
Sec spring " Affect shift speed and backshift. Stiffer springs have higher shift RPM and quicker backshift."
when i did my atv pipe and matching clutch kit, i got a primary and secondary spring, i didnt mess with my weights though hope this helps

Shop labor depends on where you are AND who is doing it( A dealership or just a repair shop) can range from 65- to over 100 bucks hourly rate. I would say between and hour to an hour and half labor,IF you bring the clutch in. Just depends on what all you have done. If they estimate more than two hrs,FIND another shop! OPT
