Default Winch Savers

Hey I was just checking to see what everyone is using for winch savers? If you are using homemade ones or boughten ones?

I bought one for $10 made by moose. Its rubber but has metal ends so it seems to be lasting well.

I used some saved up Cabelas bucks and got one of these. No more snugging it too tight into the fairlead. Cabela's: ATV Winch Saver

You can laugh if you like but I made one from leftover fiberglass resin poured into a beer can to create a puck on my old quad. And the one I have on my 07 was made from the tread side of an old heavy truck tire using a hole saw. The one from the truck tire actually works really well and was free.
