Ok since owning my 400ho for a year now I am wanting to do some upgrades and have been looking for a week or so now for mods and cannot seem to find much on the 400ho> I love the bike but I know there has to be a way to wake up this bike not saying its slow but just seems like they have this bike on far to short of leash from factory beaing its engine size and weight. Looking for any info on upgrades engine, exhaust intake whatever you guys have maybe found out that I cannot find. Would love to be able to wheeling this thing sitting down and not lose or maybe gain some topend. I know thats hard to do with the autos but well see what you guys have in mind.

 

well since no bites on this one was just wanting to update after looking some more and for anyone else also looking with the same bike 2008- 2010 sportsman 400ho aaen performance is willing to work with someone that has this bike and that lives in there area of there shop to develop a muffler exhaust system for these quads for no cost for helping them out. They need a bike to get the measurements and whatnot I think pretty good deal if you live in the area

 

Since the 2008-2010 used the aeon transmission and the clutch and the smaller frame wrapped around the Fugi motor,I don't think too many performance goodies are out there.The 2011 went back to the conventional frame,clutch system etc. If you can get some mods done post them for other owners who might be interested.I don't even know if any clutch mods or kits are available,But possibly other members that may know more can help you! good luck. The 455 fuji motor is the same motor as there 500 but with a different bore and stroke so these mods should also work for you.

They will work but the guys at aaen said fitment was an issue thats why it wont work I guess
