They did it on the 500 Sportsman as well started out at 5.25,than when to 4.75 then 4.25 and finnally 4.1 gals.

I think Polaris thinks there is gas stations on the trails or people just do short 2 hour rides.

Arctic Cat Use to use large 6.5 tanks even on there smaller 400s. 2007 Arctic Cat 400 4x4 Automatic ATVs

I bet you will see the 900 RZR XP 4 four seater. I think the rest of the models will stay the same.

And I wish my 08 800 Sportsman had a bigger tank to.

Now a RZR 4 with a 900 might just make be go buy one... I have been on the fence about a RZR 4 already. I don't wanna buy one and let it sit in the garage all the time while I am out on my XP 550

Not crazy about the side by sides, there are some sections of the trails that there to wide to make it through, and your getting away from the sport, might as well buy a good used jeep.

I'd like to see dual A arm front suspension on the "Value" line of Sportsmans! Just like the XP has.

Then there would be no point in making the XP. Except for a 50cc and 4 hp advantage the SP500 and XP550 would be almost the same ATV if the XP has no Power steering.

My Honda Foreman had Front Independent double wishbone, never thought it was a advantatage of any kind.

I'd like to see a larger cc carb model that has no sensors , no fuel injection , and is reliable like my 500 and still gets over 100 miles to a tank .

For 2012, I wanna see Polaris' competitor to the Renegade 800R Xxc, or Outlander 800R Xxc.

Would that not just be a XP850? The Renegade is the Outlander with different Plastic and no Racks. 2011 Can-Am Outlander™ 800R EFI X™ xc ATVs

Here's how I would do it. Start w/an Outlaw IRS chassis. Keep the center-mounted rear outlet exhaust, it looks cool. Modify it to accept the XP 850 powertrain, AWD, EPS, and big gas tank. No "racks", except for a small spot behind the rider to tie stuff down at. Minimal sporty plastic, I like the new scrambler front plastic and scale up the phoenix 200 rear plastic. Keep the XP 850 front grill w/o the headlights. Give it a premium handlebar mounted dual headlight/instrument pod similiar in looks to the polaris Rush sled. 25" tires, but keep the 14" wheels. I actually like the Outlander 800 Xxc the best between it and the Renie, but Can-Am wants so much money for the things, and I'm too brand loyal to Polaris to buy anything else.
