I want to get my flywhell lightened on my T.B. I have the pullrope housing off and I can see the flywheel in front of me but my question is what kind of puller do I need and how do I use it to get the thing off! singed frustrated!

I borrowed a puller from our local dealer to get mine off. I also had to use an impact wrench to get the center bolt off.

I used a steeering wheel puller. It took a lot of time though. I even had to tap on it with a hammer...just a bit though! After about 4 attempts, I heard a loud "snap" and it came right off.

The impact wrench is a very, very good idea. I struggled with that darn bolt for hours!
