Default 2005 800 Sportsman EFI sputters

I cannot figure out what is causing my 800 to sputter when I give it full throttle. I have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter. Help me out please

If you haven't changed/checked the plugs in a while I'd try that first. If you have the Champions, chunk em and replace with NGK BKR7ES,plus could be the T-bap harness problems #2875542 repair kit. Also check the "sticky" about sensor harness problems. One other thing is to check the intake manifold for cracks or splitting. OPT

If it ends up being the t bap, this kit is supposed to be pretty good...

So it is an issue with the wire? Or the plug-in itself?

Can and has been a combination of both.Wires could pull out of connectors and the small harness wires themselves were subject to internal breakage not just abrasion. The factory kits(unless they have been changed) have the same wire size and connectors as the ones that they replaced.I replaced at lot of them knowing they could do it again. If this is your problem, might be better to get the sturdier ones that are now being offered after market. Very seldom were the sensors themselves a problem. OPT

52 is the no# 2 injector code for short circuit to ground or battery or an open load per the book.
