Default Sportsman Fuel Sending Unit Replacement?????

Does anyone know of a replacement fuel sending unit for a 2007 Sportsman tank? I pulled my sending unit out of the tank to find my problem was that the little rheostat board was broken into 3 pieces and I would like to know if anyone has found a replacement board from anything that will fit. Thanks guys.

Default fuel tank sending unit

It must be fuel sending unit season. Mine is acting up after a roll over. What is all involved in removing the tank? I saw another post stating removing and repositioning.
Thanks.

Its really simple, just a little time consuming. You will have to unbolt and remove the storage box and the front cab (plastics) which is like 2 bolts, 4 screws and 4 plastic rivets. Once they are removed you will see the sending unit/fuel pump where bolted into the tank. Unplug the connector and disconnect the fuel line, remove 5 or 6 screws and it pulls right out. Depending on your skill level it will take about 30 minutes to have the sending unit/fuel pump out. Good luck.

Thank you. Sounds easy enough. I just wonder if I can fix the sending unit. I think it may be bent after a roll over.
The other option is take it back to the dealer where it was repaired. Nobody realized the fuel gauge was not working properly until I got it back to my cabin. I since took the trailer back to the storage location and now wonder if I should try to fix it myself. If I can fix it I would save a lot of time and gas money running around delivering the quad and getting the trailer.
Did you have any success with fixing yours?
