. a nother thang is that its hard to start some thime and some thimes strat sec pull but cuts off when rinding after 30 to 45 mins r so and then relly hard to get back going have to take the air filter off and cover the hole up and pull it over and over

welcome to the forums. how is the clutch faces them selves? you said you replaced the secondary clutch buttons and 1/3 turn pre loaded the secondary when you put it back together correct? is the belt on so the words are facing you and you can read them? yes some times it does make a differnce. as far running it sounds like the first thing you should do is a compression test to how much cpmression there is. checking when its cold there should be at least 100 psi at the minum. also the carb may need to be cleaned. just a few things to check.

the faces on the secondary was kinda messed up i tool my dremal tool and sand them down a little bit and then clean then clean them up nice and shiny and smooth and yes preloaded it. as far as the belt not sure will check tomar tho. the faces on the clutch pulley has like a mirror finsh to both of them not sure what they surpose to look like. ive clean the carb and set every thang to stock setting and wet from there. i am have to get that compression tool to see what i got. i wanted one any way got a few other bike so want hurt to have around.
far as the coil that has cross my mind a few time, is there a way to check it out or do i just have to switch it out and see what happens thanks for the help

could be your clutch faces are now bad as to why the belt is slipping. they have certain degree angles and if you had to grind it down then smooth it out that could be your issue.

it was like the bottons had made small marks on them but to me the bottons did not look to be warn that bad but idk im not an auto trans guy at all. so by me sanding them down a blt cause all of this. to just clear thangs up we are talking bout were the bottons touch inside the sec right

have you looked at the operation of the belt?

glad to know the dremel tool is not a lathe, just a spot grinder. i agree with stendori, the clutch faces are probably inadequate now....
