Default 07 outlaw 525 hydraulic clutch problems

i have a 07 outlaw 525 irs and am having a lot of problems with the maqura hydraulic clutch, i cant keep it from running empty from the mineral oil resevoir on the bars, ive filled it, bled it, bought the bleeding kit for it, and the fluid seems to dissapear, there is no evidence of it leaking ito the motor oil or out of the motor anyware! it started a couple months ago but since ive had 2 park it due to recent knee surgeries but i wanna get her goin again cuz man im itchin to ride!!
any advice is greatly appreciated ! Thanks.

Probably time to rebuild the clutch reservoir and lower with new piston and slave cylinder kits. Magura hydraulic clutches on the KTMs had the same problem using mineral oil. Common enough problem that we usually had kits in stock. Plus having a very small reservoir capacity didn't help matters much. Polaris hydro clutch piston kit part # 2203412, lower slave cylinder kit # 2203413. PLUS a good quality mineral oil from the local drug store works just as well as the high dollar stuff! Plus if you have an injector bleeder that can push fluid and air from the slave cylinder up in to the reservoir works the best! Just have a small towel in the reservoir to soak up excess fluid from spilling out as it expels the air also. Then when all air is expelled and nothing but clear oil comes out, shut the bleed valve, then you can pump the lever and bleed normally if necessary! OPT
