Default Installed a new Touring Lock & Ride Box.

I just installed the new Touring Lock & Ride Box made for the 2010-2012 Sportsman 550 & 850 Touring. This Touring box utilizes custom made lock and ride mounts that are longer then the Polaris ones. With the flip of 4 mounts you can install or remove this box in seconds. You can get it in two mounting versions. If you have the ATV Guru rear bumper you will not need the extra mounting plate on the rear. The quality of this box is quite impressive. Plenty of lockable storage as well as a space for the optional 1.25 gallon fuel can. Both water proof & dust proof. This is not your average rear box! Like the Sportsman XP touring this is the Cadillac of Touring boxes. I like how the box surronds the passenger seat. Perfect for that little one who like min my 5 yr old boy who tends to nod off while daddy is driving down the trail.

Even my 16 month old Mr. Sloan likes it!

Here are some pictures of it installed on my 2012 Touring. When my new Guru bumpers arrive I can remove the aluminum rear mounting plate and have the box rest on the bumper.

Cool. The passenger handguards are a nice touch.

Wow, haha. That is ridiculously huge!

That's going to be a metric ton by the time it goes down the trail.

I like the grab handles and the hand guards, but that thing is just too big for me.

Very nice. Like the space. More the merrier, especially for winter riding where you have to take a ton of clothes and you need room to shed a layer every so often.

Howdy all.....I ride one up on my X2 exclusively and would do so if I had a Touring. The new box looks it has room enough to rent but I like the "boxier" look of the Polaris Touring box itself and it fits closer to the rider with no overhang. For two up riding the ThorBox would fit the ticket.....it just reminds me of a big hairdo......NoJoke
