Not really! Just told him where to get the harness for a little over $200 (Cycle Parts Warehouse) if it came down to a replacement harness, plus the dealers parts and labor cost sounded too high for the harness replacement
If troubleshooting the short took the dealer too much time, easier to replace the harness himself at about 2 hrs of his own labor. $800 (harness and labor) on top of the 500 he was into the dealer was too much! WON'T hide nothing from you stendori

They got the machine to run by cleaning the connections on the relays located under the headlight pod and down the steering neck. Now he said he was driving it around and when he backed up and turned the handle bars a certain way the machine would not run. So basically the harness is being stretch he wants to put a whole new main harness or should I ask him to find the wire that is pulling and causing the short. I am already 500 into this machine and he said if he puts the harness in I will be up to 1300. What do you think I should do?
