I reccomend Castrol Syntec 5w50. I know it works just fine. I also know it is better than the older Polaris oil. I have not used the new Polaris oil.

Is there any good replacement for they're "AGL" trans oil? Or they're "demand drive"? I know they're "Angle" oil is 80/90 hypoid gear oil. Don't want to drive my f-250 an hour and a half away for $50.00 of oil in have an 02 sportsman 700 carb

AGL fluid is not the same as "Angle Drive Fluid(80/90 hypoid gear oil) but is a thinner oil for gear cases. Any good oil that is rated for "chain driven gear cases" can be used such as Amsoil,Maxima, etc. You can find this at a lot of auto stores such as Autozone,O'reillys, etc. The front differential on the 700 takes Demand Drive Hub Fluid because it has the awd roll cage in the differential.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse This oil is also for older model hub activated awd systems. On the older hub activated awd models you use the "Angle Drive fluid" or 80/90 gear oil in the front diff since it just contains the ring and pinion gears only. Hope this doesn't confuse you even more. Here's a link to Polaris recommended oils that may help.https://atvconnection.com/forums/pol...nce-guide.html

Oh i know the agl and angle are different. I was saying what substitute oils can I use in place of the angle drive, and the agl. I've heard of people scattering their transmissions because of using the we ring stuff so lol and I heard of people using amsoil ath in their front different instead of demand drive.

Angle Drive is comparable to any brand of 80/90 GL4/5 gear oil you choose to use. My two cents, you can't find anything better than Demand Drive Plus for the hubs and front centalized differentials. On AGL substitutes like I mentioned any good brand of oil suitable for chain driven gear cases is ok to use and not as critical as the finicky awd systems. Some people use the same gear oil for their snowmobiles and atvs. Here's a few oils that many have used along with numerous other brands.
