we have a 60 in swisher. pull it behind a sportsman 600. cuts nice. rugged. we love it. we mow 3 acres of grass with it in about 2+/- hours. fires right up, and when we went to clean it at the end of the year there was little to no grass build up on it. very nice

I'm new to this forum, but a proud owner of a Tow and Mow Twin 1270 -

I'm very much enjoying the machine and keen to chat to anyone who has any experience of the Tow and Collect machine as my father and I are very close to buying one!!

That twin motor model is something!!! I pull 2 of those Swisher 11.5 hp 44" finish cut mowers behind a Cub Cadet rider or my 800 Sportsman Touring

I like the REEL Mower idea then you have no secondary motor to deal with.
No gas
No start up and shut down of a motor.
Quiter
No oil changes.
Wider cut per pass by.
Golf courses like them for a reason.

Reel mowers would be pretty useless for tall grass or brush. They are only good on smooth lawns that get mowed often.
