03' 330 Trail Boss advice
#1
I am just about to wrap up my mods on my atv, I have just rebuilt the carb and the exhaust system, it has a stage 1 dynojet system with a K&N filter and I was wondering what the correct fuel mixture would work good with an open air filter,...without the airbox, I never ride in really wet or dusty enviroments so any damage of running it that way would be unlikely I have got it up to 65mph in about 4 seconds so far but I should be able to get it to 70+ if I can get the mix just right.....

65 mph on a 330 and want 70? What mods and how much $$ spent to do this? Post it on You tube! I gotta see this!
You're in uncharted waters on this one as far as jetting and mixture settings! You just have to keep a check on the plug color, start from a base setting of 2 turns out on the fuel air screw(if you have the stock carb) and go from there along with possible needle adjustments and keep a few extra main jets within easy reach!

I have a video of a pre-mod burnout from last year before I lost like 70lbs

I really didn't think 65 was that fast but I guess its quite a bit considering its faster than my sportsman 500

Had the RCR stage1 on my old 325. 65 would be generous, but I did change the front sprocket. After three front bumpers and 2 arms, I figured if you're going over 25, a tree is gonna leave a mark.
