Default Cylinder bore specs

I have my sons sportman 90 2 stroke top end apart. I had trouble getting it started and it had poor preformance the past year. I did went throught the carb and did a compresion check. I only got 45 psi. although I dont know the excat conpresin needed Im sure that 45 is way to low. I need the stock cylinder bore measurments so I can check for wear and decide if I need to rebore or if I can just hone and rering. thanks -Duncan

Complete new cylinder, piston, and gaskets kits are available online at different places that's it's almost not worth having the little ones bored out. Check out Ebay and see what they have to offer first.About a hundred bucks for complete kits. Probably cheaper in money and time than having it bored or honed, plus buying the piston and gaskets separately. OPT

Thanks OPT I just might go that route, buying a new cylinder, and piston as a kit will deffently be a quicker repair. I just need the numbers of the stock bore so I can measure if I need to replace everything. Thanks -Duncan On second thought I'll just buy a new top end, found them on egay as you sugested. thanks again for the info- Duncan
