Please don't double post in the general forum and the expert section also! If it takes a while to build up speed I would have the clutches, belt ,etc checked out first, IF you're sure the cam, carb, fuel supply has been eliminated. OPT

If you haven't pulled the recoil and checked the stator and pulse coil for mud, dirt, etc wouldn't take long to check this along with checking stator and pulse coil resistance specs. Don't hold me to it but the pulse coil white and white/red wires leading to the cdi should be around 97 ohms + or - 20% and the stator red and red/black OR red and green?? should ohm out at 446 ohms + or - 20% also. Plus have you made sure your fuel isn't water contaminated or old? Fresh fuel? Good fuel flow to carb? Clean air filter, etc??? OPT

At 55 dollars an hour I don't know how much longer I can pay this guy to chase down the problem I do have confidence in him it's just he is at a dead end
