got a sportsman 90 with no spark. sattor cdi box and coil has been changed but still no spark. batteries charged also. Could really use some help my 6 yr olds driving me nuts he wants to ride

 

Was stator aftermarket OR oem Polaris? Have had some members have problems with after market ones. Stators were the biggest problem shorting out,didn't replace many cdis or coils(if any?) Did have a few resistor plug caps bad. You can pull the cap off and check the bare wire against the engine for spark. Plus did you check the safety tether switch? You can tie both wires together temporarily to see if you have spark and eliminate this as the problem. OPT
