2004 Polaris scrambler 5004x4 tires
#1
Hello all, Im new here and new to atv's this is my first 4x4. I bought it and it had new tires on it. I noticed the front and and rear tires are the same height. 22" tall. Is that a big problem? someone told me the front had to be bigger. does it really matter? What will it hurt to leave them as they are? thanks for any help guys.

Welcome to the forum! Stock tires on the Scrambler should be 23x7x10 front and 22x11x10 rear. Sounds like someones been swapping tire sizes, but I'll let the tire experts(the guys who ride em) tell you what they use. Ain't my area! Again welcome and others should jump in shortly! OPT

if you change the ratios the AWD will not work as it should, if you go to a smaller rear tire or a larger front the AWD will kick in sooner and vice-versa.
1" shouldnt matter much as the tire sizes vary anyways but i would stick to stock sizes or 1" larger or smaller than stock all around.
