Default 99 trailblazer- what to use to seal crankcase

i just bought a 99 trailblazer 250 for my daughter. i guess i made a bad deal. got it home and started going throught it to see it needed a belt, tie rods, caliper rebuild, starter, battery and worst of all crank bearings. so i ordered all the bearings seals, new piston, starter, and all other parts i need. what i need to know is what to seal the lower crankcase halves with?

Yama Bond or Liquid Gasket brand Three Bond 1194 sealant are close to what the mfg uses and what we used at the shop. OPT

As long as it is oil and gas resistant that's all that matters. Semi-drying or semi- hardening is even better because it stays pliable while you're working with it. OPT
