Default 2012 Sportsman 500 project in the works.

Here are some pictures of my project in the works. A 2012 Sportsman 500HO. So far I have added the following.

STI 14" C7 Wheels
Black Diamond 26" tires
Ricochet orange anodized a arms
Orange Powermadd hand guards
5000K HID lights
TheATVSuperStore.com lock & go rear box
Rear foot peg / fender protectors
ATV front & rear bumpers
Mirrors
3 in 1 TheATVSuperStore.com hitch
Front & rear fender flares.

Love it! I like how the back passenger foot pegs set up act as rear fender guards as well. Two functions in one.

One point of advice on the 500, click your rear shocks to a stiffer setting or like I did buy HD springs,I can tell by how yours is sitting that there on the soft side even with nobody on the atv yet. Mine IRS sits like yours "after" I load it up hard and heavy.

Don,t use there Micky mouse shock collar tool, use a pipe wrench and it turns much easier.

My HD springs 2nd settings are as siff as my stock sprinds 5th setting where.

Looks great Thor! Love the tire/rim combo. Is stock clutching good enough for the bigger tires?

Thank you! Stock is fine with this combo. I only went one size larger.

Thanks! Eventually, when I replace the 489's, I would like a bigger tire, but want to leave the clutch stock.
