Pretty much all of this. YOU REALLY expect polaris to cover a ATV out of warranty ? why should they ? is it sat for 30 years and was never rode you would still expect them to fix it ? buddy you need a reality check. sorry but your un realistic in your expectations it a ATV not a car there are no recalls for safty or other issues. your darn lucky they bought the parts.

Is this topic about $75 in labor that was not reimbursed?

I think it has more to do with a part known to fail and the lack of acknowledgement from Polaris on the problem.

Polaris does acknowledge it and will fix it if under warranty. My extended warranty paid to fix mine. I think Polaris offering to pay for the parts for an out of warranty atv says a lot for them. Don't know how many companies, atv or otherwise, will do that.
As it is not a safety issue, there wouldn't be a recall.

Go to small claims court and name the CEO of Polaris as the one your suing.
