I need a new or good used clutch for my 2002 250 tb, my ? is what part #s will
work, partsland says that the 1990-1995 and some 96 & 97 used the part
#1321976 wide clutch, from 1998 on up used 1322682 narrow clutch & some
1996 & 1997 also. the 1322682 seems to be a # that polaris used other models
also. do the all 1322682 fit my tb & I might have to change the spring in it on some
of them? are all the shaft sizes the same? are the comet clutches a good option?
the #s & the years on ebay have been all over the place I don't want the get the
wrong clutch, what is my best bet? also whats up with the wide & narrow clutch

The 1322682 drive clutch is the one called for you Trail Boss 250. If you order a new one you would have to use your own spring and counter weights as they come with out em. If you order a clutch or parts other than this one make sure you could return it if it doesn't fit. OPT

 

I should have stated that I have a 2002 250 trailblazer but I think your info still
applies anyway. some sellers have the 1322682 listed as wide some have them
as narrow do u know what the difference is? I am worried that if I get a wide sent
to me my clutch cover will not fit as there is about 3/8 inch clearance, Partsland has
mine listed as a narrow & I think all 1322682 are narrow, thanx for your help OPT.

 

I posted Trail Boss when I meant Trail Blazer 250. Blame it on old age........If you order this number (1322682) you shouldn't have anything to worry about OPT
