Default adjusting suspension on sportsman

I've been wanting to adjust the rear suspension on my '11 500 and I can't figure out what tool to use. What in the world do you guys use to tighten it.

Your tool kit should have a shock spanner tool with an adjustable sleeve. If you don't you can always wrap the adjuster collar with an old shop towel to keep from scarring things up and use a pipe wrench. Best to remove the tires to where you have easier access and keep it jacked up to take the load off the spring while turning the adjuster. OPT

Ok I will try the pipe wrench with a towel. My tool kit has nothing in it that will work I tried everything in it every way I could think of. If I contact my dealer can I get the tool for future use, or would they even have it?
