I recently aquirred a 96 polaris scrambler 400 4x4 2 stroke. I took it on 1 ride, about a half tank of gas. Gas now leaks out of the overflow tube out of the carb. I took it off and sprayed it up and it worked for a day, it didnt leak a drop. It now leaks again. Do I need a new needle? Are my floats hanging up? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

 

Sounds like your float is stuck open. Take that sucka apart and see what's causing it to stick.
