Almost all 250,300,400 2 stroke clutches will work. Just keep an eye out on a cheap one.http://www.ebay.com/itm/94-95-Polaris-400-400L-4X4-Sportsman-Xplorer-Primary-Drive-Clutch-Magnum-96-97-/321284391388?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4ace0ac1dc&vxp=mtr

There isn't any crankcase oil in any 2 strokes I've seen. They get their lube from the oil injector or pre-mixed gas.

Sounds like you need a carb kit if you just took the carb apart and cleaned it. Float arm should be parallel with carb body when held sideways, float arm just touching the needle. If this doesn't stop the gas overflowing could be a worn float arm and pin sticking. #28 and 29. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

Check the gas lines for leaking or order a new fuel valve if it's the problem. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse Plus install the new carb kit I referenced to. Both could be the source of your gas problems.
