Sounds like you need a carb kit if you just took the carb apart and cleaned it. Float arm should be parallel with carb body when held sideways,float arm just touching the needle. Check the gas lines for leaking or order a new fuel valve if it's the problem. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse Plus install the new carb kit I referenced to. Both could be the source of your gas problems.
