Smile Mr Crankshaft

I recently dismantled my old 1995 Polaris 250 Trail Boss 2X4. Everything still looked good except for the engine. It wasn't running, so thats what started this whole thing. One of the bearing blew and there it went. I pulled the crank/rod/bearings assemble and it was shot.

I wanted to rebuild the engine cheap. However, everyone, including Polaris, advised me that the crank/rod/bearing assemblies "were not serviceable".

I sent my crank to Mr Crankshaft and $170.00 later, he send me back my crank completely cleaned and rebuilt. New rod, bearings, piston bearing, and so on. Looks great. Vince was very nice to deal with. Check out his website if you are planning to rebuild your ATV engine and have a 'non-serviceable" crank.

THANKS VINCE!

Think somebody's been pulling your chain Think someone was trying to sell you a crank assy? I rebuilt dozens of the 250,350,400 cranks over the years. The only "unserviceable cranks" at least to the average shop is the twin 700 and 800. OPT
