Default 04 Sportsman 500 brakes handle fades?

I have an 04 500 and I replaced the front pads and the brakes don't hold all of the time they seem to creep at times when it's parked. and the handle is soft at times if you pump the handle it is good. I have bled the system and it still happens. When I go to stop it's good at times then other times I have to pump the handle. Do you think I'm looking at a master cylinder or something else. I know I have no air in the system with the amount of fluid that went into the master cylinder. The handle was a little soft before I replaced the pads but not this bad. I used million $$$$$$ Polaris pads so they are not aftermarket prolaris pads. Thanks.

You've either still have air in the system or the master cylinder or calipers may be leaking down.Plus is the rear brake pedal firm? System works together front and rear. Seal kits are available for the calipers, Plus #2202410 piston and seal kit is available for the master cylinder if this is the problem. OPT

I didn't even think about the rear pedal I never use it. I will check it later as far as the air I got it all out with the amount of fluid I put in it and gave it several good shots after the air stopped. Thanks.
