Default 05 sportsman need more power

Hello I got a 05 Polaris sportsman that has 2500 miles on original belt and never had carb apart. It runs good but I need more power. OPT told me to check the belt for glazing. I'm going to do that but should I just replace the belt no matter what with the high mileage? Is there anything I can do to make the clutch engage at a lower rpm? I want new springs and weights for the clutch but I have no idea how to determine what color springs and what weight weights to get . Can someone help me? Thanks, Pmwi

Call Speedwerks and tell them what you want. They gave my friends 500 a lot more oomph. He put the Speedwerks muffler on, but its not a spark arrestor and is a bit loud for where we ride.

For the $70 and the 25 minutes it takes to change it, I just change the belt every 2000 miles no matter what.
