BB simple chain(s) adjustmet steps - needed!

The centre chain is touching the frame!
If I can follow the Haynes... of course not clear...
Centre, then front, then rear? I Cannot find the holes to insert the punch to keep the sprokets aligned? Rolled the bike... where are they?

Adjust center first as it will affect the front chain! If you tighten the center ,the front will loosen, vice versa. Get the center chain about 3/8 slack only, then adjust the front to wher it's snug(about 1/4" to 3/8") then adjust the rear to about 1/4 to 3/8" Holes may not align up in the concentric housing, but you can use a DULL punch on the tabs to adjust the chains OR have a good pipe wrench that wont slip and scar the housing to adjust the chains.
