I have a 2006 Hawkeye 2x4 with the broken rear subframe. I have looked at the Polaris parts diagram and they show a different part number for the 2006 than the 2007. I have read posts where guys with the broken 2006 used the 2007 subframe to repair it. Before I buy a 2007 subframe I need someone to verify that the 2007 part will fit the 2006. If it does fit why does Polaris show 2 different subframes?

welcome to the forum. looking at the part numbers on those 2 years it shows that each number sub frame was only made for for each certain year which doesn't make any sense. they look alike for sure and betting it would fit w/ little if any mods. but that would be just a guess on my part.
