Default Tire sizing

I'm going to replace the rear tires on my 99 Xplorer 400. I have stock rims and a set of Carlisle Badlands AR 205-85r-12's on the front. I have stock Dunlop 25x11x10s on the rear. I know I need to match the rear with the fronts. Does anyone know if the Carlisle tires that I have on the fronts are 25" or 26" tires? Why are the Carlisles using a different sizing system than other tire manufacturers? I couldn't find a conversion from the Carlisles to the standard sizing system for ATV's. Thanks

I have found a conversion while searching for truck tires I have no idea where it was at but I'm sure if you search around on Google you should be able to find it. Good luck.
