I have a 03 5oo that stopped charging. can anyone help point me to pin tests or schematics.Do these have typical issues or updated fixes. Thanks in advance. Tom

 

Check resistance on Yellow to Yellow/Red (0.13 ohms) Yellow to Ground (infinity) leading to the voltage regulator from the stator with battery neg wire removed.If resistance is high or yellow shorted to ground the stator is likely the problem. First check that all wires are connected at the regulator(bad about the funky red wire connector coming loose) if any wires were loose, then check charging,should be between 13.5-14.5 volts. If stator wires ohm out ok and reg/rectifier wires are connected but not charging, replace the reg/rectifier. Hope this helps.
