Every time I load my 250 on a trailer and go somewhere and when I get ready to start it take forever to start and sometimes can't get it started its getting way to much gas and oil I beleave and is there something I can do to fix it took the carb off clean real good and justed the float arm I beleave that's the name got better feels like more power now but still doing it any help please tired of changeing plugs and ps y'all are awesome

Fouling plugs is one sign of low compression and not just a carb/fuel issue. Get a good compression reading and that will tell you where you stand. If it's 100 psi or lower that could be the problem on hard starting and plug fouling.

Also on the two strokes it's best to turn the fuel valve off after use. You can have fuel dumped into the cylinder and will foul plugs also if the carb needle and seat are worn.
