Most all 50/50 or 60/40 coolant available now is safe for aluminum radiators. Don't forget to bleed the head.

Both the rear and middle chain need to have about 3/8" to 1/2" slack measured from the middle of the chain. Make sure the chains are lubed, check the teeth on the sprockets for any missing or worn teeth, plus if there are any stiff links in the chain it can make a popping noise along with worn bearings in the the rear or middle carrier housings that can do the same thing. You can also just jack the rear up,turn the rear tire and see if either chain slack tightens or loosens while turning. This is another sign of a worn out chain.

Let it cool down and bleed the head again to remove any trapped air bubbles until only coolant comes out. If it still spews out the overflow bottle again,it could simply be a bad radiator cap,13 psi caps you can get at an auto supply. If that doesn't help, then it could have a warped head or cylinder, plus if you didn't install a new head gasket when you took it back apart that could be the problem.

I replaced the gasket an already bleed the air bubbles out then it did it again

Then I would change out the 5 buck radiator cap and see if it helps. If it still spews out coolant then sounds like you possibly have a cylinder or head problem or could possibly have an internal water pump impeller problem. Also check the counter balancer fluid to see if it's milky colored. Wouldn't be the first time this has happened on the 350 and 400 engines.
