Default 04 Polaris 330 problems with overheating

Having problems with 2004 330 Magnum overheating. The coolers are clean and the fan is bypassed and running all the time and still having a overheating issue. After the engine heats up it has an idling issue and you turn it off and cool the motor down and it cranks back up and runs fine for a while. I also have a similar problem with a 2002 325 Magnum. Any ideas and help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Scott

Whens the last time the valves were adjusted on both machines, plus oil changes? This can cause problems if valves are tight especially after the engine warms up and they get even tighter. Can make idling and running difficult until it cools down again .006 intake and exhaust clearance on both machines.
