This is something you need to talk to a good dealer about. I haven't kept up on what Polaris has or hasn't done on the early model efi machines. I haven't even talked to the guys at the old shop as to what may have happened on this problem since I left. Guess I need to give em a call.

Only had 20 psi at the rail. Put new filter on and went ahead and bought the who tank/pump/regulator/sending unit assembly. Runs like new.

Hopefully it'll hold up for you. Talked to the guys at the shop. They're still replacing the tank assy on the early models.
