Anyone have a shop manual for a Polaris 330 Magnum?

Yeah, I have looked at the diagrams, but a drawn picture wouldn't show this material. I can't imagine its supposed to be in there.

Here is some of it pulled out of the screen:

This is how much was packed in there total:

Think you found your problem!! Looks like someone forgot to remove a blue paper shop towel.... Sabotage or stupidity by PO.
I did this in a KTM air box one time and wondered why it wouldn't run too good..

Stupidity by the dealer that replaced the cam I am guessing. They went out of business just a couple weeks after working on this bike. I have had it for a few years, sitting in the corner awaiting the day I felt like working on it again. lol

Thank you for your help sir.

I rebuilt an RM125 engine several years ago. The cylinder had to be re-nikasiled, and the crank had to be rebuilt. It took a couple months for me to get it back together. In the meantime, the head pipe was laying under an lean-to off the side of my shop. I got the bike back together and it idled great, but would not take fuel at all. I think I tore that engine back down 3-4 times, went through the carb numerous times, went through the power valve, etc. Finally I found the problem...a bird had built a nest in the pipe while it was off. At idle, the nest would fall down into the large part of the chamber and it would flow fine. Under throttle, it would blow the nest back against the cone and stop exhaust flow. lol I was 17-18 at the time, and I think figuring out that birds nest issue is why I have thinning hair now. lol

Same thing on field mice down here. Don't know how many nests I've pulled out of air boxes, under front panels along with nests padded with nicely chewed wiring harness bits.. Hopefully now you can git r done.
