Jack,

My words exactly. Low to mid range. I have on on my 99 400 Sport.

Excellent power gains, without clutching, and yes you do have to step up a size on the Carb.Jet. Stock was .130 - Gotta step up to a .140. Dynoport includes the .140 with the pipe at no xtra charge, and they also send a .150 for really cold winter days...if you need it.

All in all, the pipe is good. I didnt want to mess with the clutching...since I was used to the stock...and it was plenty good enough already...so this was my choice.

The good looking pipe is Nickel Plated, for 274.95 ( black regular style is 224.95)

No adjustments or re-fabbing needed.. Directly bolts on with perfect fit and looks great.

Hope I answered everything that could be asked.

I liked the low end torque it provides..unlike most other pipes. When I trail ride..all that I need to do to get the front end in the air is a quick throttle bump..and thats on dirt. Others may want top end gains, but not me. I WANT MY LOW END..the torquier the better. Although the pipe does support the top end some too..doesnt take any away.
