Default Spark plug options?

Just run the stock replacement BKR6E?

I would. If it's not broke don,t fix it.
NGK are good I been running the same plug for 2500 miles now. I changed it 4 years ago.

Thanks. I have 3,300kms/2,000+ milrs on mu original plug. Still runs awesome. Maybe i will leave it. Until spring.

Yep, no sense in wasting money on an expensive plug that will have marginal, if any, difference.

Anything other than a stock NGK and you're just wasting your money.

I've stuck with the NGK also..... but I have changed the plug 5 times from stock in 4335 miles, running on my sixth. On the 07 X2 500 it's fairly easy to change the plug. I figure a spark plug fires millions of times in an X amount of miles, so wouldn't a new plug be "stronger" as compared to one that has a 1000 miles. Looking at the old plugs to me is like a health checkup. If I take a plug out for any reason, a new one is going in it's place...... and they are soooo cheap, probably the best bargain around.
