I cannot figure out how to hook up the reverse cable. I have all the parts I just need to know where to hook it up and how. I cannot figure this out. I have a service manual (directly from Polaris) and it does not say anywhere in the manual, how to hook up this cable. I can go into reverse fine and it works, I just need the lock out so I can downshift without slamming into reverse. Any help is appreciated. PLEASE help, I know of others who have this problem, knowbody seems to know how to do this.

 

Looked through the parts guide to see if I could find it and see if I could remember,but I never had one break and never had to work on the reverse actuator,plus it's been a few years now.. I'll keep looking.

 

I cannot find any info on it anywhere. Its like somebody is trying to hide how to hook the cable up..... I just don't want to jam into reverse accidently one day while riding.
