I've just purchased a Polaris 50cc 4 stroke for my daughter and it seems to have no power?? It starts fine from cold and idles however when warms up starts stalling and does not want to accelerate?? Any ideas where to start?

 

Could be as simple as tight valves as it gets warm. I'd check the clearance out first. If it still runs crappy,I'd clean the carb. If that doesn't help it could be an electrical problem as it warms up. Best to have a manual on checking out problems along with service. Thank you very much for the manual. I lucked out and called the guy back I bought it from and he is going to have it fixed whatever it may be. Guess it helps I am buying a 90 Raptor from him as well lol.
