Why not just replace the two seals and the bearing? Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

Leaking w/p seals wouldn't normally be the cause of coolant in the cylinder and spark plug, but a blown head gasket, warped head or cylinder or a crack in the water jackets would. Probably time to at least take the head off and check things out.

I did take the head off and replaced but when I started it it would idle but like brown water would start dripping from the spark plug I did let the spark plug just finger tight to see if water would still come out.. After i removed the muffler it had a lot of water so yesterday I replaced the cylinder gasket and checked the cylinder for cracks but everything looks good so I'm going to put it back together and see what happens

You can't reuse the metal head gasket if you've taken it apart to install a new base gasket. Best to let a machine shop check the head and cylinder out for any warping while you have it apart.Better than constantly taking it apart. Plus you always have to bleed the head when you assemble one or it will overheat and blow another head gasket or damage the piston.

I won't I bought another gasket but I don't really want to spend more money on it I bough it for 400 just to fix and sell but two strokes water cooled are just not my thing I'll probably sell it for parts if it doesn't work

That's where a lot of 350 and 400 machines end up and if you check prices on engine parts such as cases, cylinders, etc, they're going for fairly high prices. The 400 engine had a good run from 1994 to 2003.

I'll probably sell it for parts if it doesn't work but i would really like to get it running again to sell it for someone to enjoy it since I have like 10 atvs atc that I have fixed and ill sell them after
