i have a 2004 Polaris predator 90. the problem I have is, with the jumper and thumbscrew set where I think it should be for my son to learn, there is not enough rpm to over come the cvt. is there an after market cdi box to help with that

 

If you still have the jumper on the cdi just remove it. It's one of the limiters on this machine.
