Default 1999 Magnum service manual

Hi,
Looking to get a service manual for my 1999 Magnum. When I look at the http://gh-ftp.com/ORV site, the magnums listed start at 2003. The All models only go to 1998. Should I use the sportsman 1996-2001?

I also see Polaris ATV and 6 X 6 Service Manual Volume 3 but no year is listed on the cover. Does that cover 1999.

And lastly, are the Haynes or Clymer manuals good? Is one better than the other?

Use the 96-2001 Sportsman manual as it's the same engine.Good enough for basic repairs. Index of /ORV Manuals/Polaris/Sportsman/1996 - 2001 For more specific problems such as electrical, then a model specific manual is better.
Clymer is a second choice, close to the factory manual. Haynes not so much. If you check ebay factory hard cover manuals show up occasionally. Here's a 2000.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Polaris-Magnum-500-service-manual-/151276713737?pt=Motors_Manuals_Literature&hash=item2338cb7709&vxp=mtr

Thanks for the info. I am basically going through my ATV checking over things. Actually a lot of fun.
What about this manual?

This factory one will work also, but may be a little general also on some repairs/electrical checks. I always had a model specific manual for every machine and year model at the shop just for this reason. A lot of manuals in two big cabinets, but in this business you had to have them for all the changes, big and small Polaris threw out at you.
