Thanks Old Polaris Tech for all your wisdom and advice!

I was surprised the carb didn't get any fuel with repeated engine turning over tries. It seems once the engine started to run though even for a few seconds, (i sprayed some fuel in through the intake) that was enough to start the fuel flow to the bowl. I also filled the bowl from the carb inlet spout on my second re-assemble. I was just concerned that if I ever run out of gas in the "field" , what do I do? Everything looks good so far ,now for a good run!

It's funny , I see you most often put up links for "cycle parts warehouse" on here. That's who I use also.....even from Canada! It's makes me sick that I can order most smaller parts (especially carb parts) from cycleparts and even with the shipping cost , it's cheaper that going to my local Polaris dealership??? How the times have changed.....
