Default Switched back to a wheeler!

Never thought it would happen but sold my insanely modded 09 RZR to go back to a wheeler. Weapon of choice was a new Scrambler 1000 EPS that came with the upgraded front bumper, winch, and handguards. Already got the add-on rear rack, Moose bag to haul gear/trail necessities, 27" swamp lites on the way, and snorkeled the clutch exhaust.

Always wanted to upgrade to a 900/1000XP but the trails around here are too tight and sometimes navigating my RZR was a chore since it was almost as wide as an "S" with the mods. Also can't see spending that much money again to mod a machine that you never come close to getting back when selling (had almost as much $ in mods as I paid for the rig new).

Can't wait to get this bad boy out and sling some mud :-)

Never was crazy about working on Rangers or Razrs that's why I had the younger guys crawl all over em, in em and under em. If they needed my help,I would and also gave them good "moral" support for having to work on these things Anything I could get on my lift I'd work on,but got tired real quick on having to use a fork lift on the utility machines (bad knees) Hope you enjoy the crazy powerful new Scrambler. Drove one at the shop along with the new Ranger 570 couple weeks ago.

I never liked SXS I,d rather be riding "on" something not "in" something.
If I was into SXS I would get a good used jeep then atleast I can drive it to and from the trails and stop for bread and milk on the way home.

I guess moving only to 1" larger tires you would not need to re-clutch?

Welcome back to single riding.

Did you at least keep the helmet?

Thanks all- great to be back! Going to put a QSC clutch in it eventually for some added low end torque ( not that it's needed). Watch his video clip of the first one he did and it pulled the front end up barely hitting the gas!!! Stealth snorkeled the clutch intake/exhaust and finally got it out for the first trail ride today. Was by myself so no pics but I'll be sure to post some after our 4th of July ride. This thing is an absolute BEAST-crazy fun ride
